So on Saturday, I attended the centennial celebration brunch along with 500+ other alums and active members. It was great to get reacquianted with Chi O sisters that I haven't seen since college and hear stories of the decades leading up to today. On the other hand, seeing the youthful actives who are currently living in the house affirmed that I'm getting old :(.
A visit to the chapter house (that hasn't changed much in 10 years... sad) and dinner at Purple with a few friends from PC '95 brought back great memories. The events also reminded me that things were SO easy during college...wake up late, go to the first class at 9 or 10am, eat lunch made by the sorority cook, take an afternoon nap, sorority events/parties in the evening, and studying+work crammed in somewhere during the week.
