Dylan came across a basket of New Year's noise makers and found one in particular to be pretty cool. Here's a video of Dylan entertaining Uncle Brad...or perhaps he's just entertaining himself. I'm kind of surprised that he didn't get light headed with all his attempts to get the noise maker to work. Sorry that the video is a bit long and of poor quality.
