Dylan's always expressed interest in music and dancing, so we knew he would be entertained. However, we weren't sure whether he'd sit still for an hour and a half. A little to our surprise, he was very well behaved and either sat in our laps, enjoyed the show from his own seat, or stood in the aisle to get closer view of the performers. Since we were fortunate to secure tickets in the 3rd row, the characters were pretty large and overwhelming. It took Dylan a few acts before he felt more comfortable and became convinced that they weren't going to jump off stage.
It was cute to see Dylan's reactions, amazement and excitement during the show. He joined in with the clapping, but didn't bust out any dance moves as I thought he might have done. Dylan loved the show and continues to ask about Mickey. It may become a yearly tradition - well, at least until he outgrows Disney and is too embarrassed to go.
